The Founder's Office role is a strategic, high-impact position responsible for supporting the executive leadership team in driving organizational efficiency, operational excellence, and long-term growth. This role serves as a central coordination hub across key functions including Human Resources, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, and Financial Operations. Acting as a trusted partner to the founders, this individual will play a critical role in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling scalable operations. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between HR, supply chain, finance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage vendor onboarding, performance tracking, contract renewals, and offboarding processes with a focus on cost efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain and analyze HR-related data, including employee records, onboarding timelines, and compliance documentation using advanced Excel functions.
- Lead supply chain optimization efforts by monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times and costs.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and other data tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring timely communication and resolution of operational issues.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Identify and recommend process improvements across departments to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in managing founder-level calendars, travel logistics, meeting prep, and documentation for board and investor engagements.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, HR, supply chain, or executive support with a minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros), data modeling, and dashboard creation.
- Demonstrated success in vendor coordination, contract management, and performance evaluation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and compliance (e.g., labor laws, recordkeeping).
- Experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
