About the Role:
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Process Lead to join our finance team. This role involves financial modeling, forecasting, and analyzing internal and external financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial modeling and analysis on profit & loss accounts, financial statements, costs, and revenue trends
- Develop forecasts and contribute to financial planning for future business goals.
- Evaluate the financial impact of investment opportunities, corporate transactions, and other business initiatives.
- Apply standard financial procedures to solve routine or structured problems.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency.
- Be able to work on analytical tool and also look at automation of data, as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to exchange information and collaborate effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work within standardized procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
