What The Role Involves?
We're looking for a detail-oriented field marketing intern to support our MM/enterprise event programs and SMB campaign execution. You'll work directly with our field marketing team to drive outreach, manage event logistics, and keep our marketing operations running smoothly.
What The Role Involves:
- The responsibilities will be as follows :
- Manage outreach campaigns via Dripify and LinkedIn Events for mid-market and community programs
- Monitor engagement, track responses, and flag opportunities for follow-up
- Ensure outreach sequences stay on schedule and hygiene checks are completed
- Build and organize pre/post-event prospect lists
- Monitor nurture sequences and responses, escalating high-intent leads
- Track attendee engagement and update CRM records
- Research and coordinate venue options for regional events
- Clean and segment prospect lists for campaign readiness
- Assist with general logistical coordination

What You’ll Bring To The Team:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Interest in field marketing, event marketing, brand activations, or community-led growth
- Experience (academic, club, or internship) supporting events, workshops, college fests, webinars, or campaigns.
- Comfortable using basic tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Forms, and virtual event platforms (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage attendees, represent the brand professionally, and communicate clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow checklists, and meet deadlines.
- Coachability and willingness to learn, with the ability to take feedback and improve quickly.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work flexible hours around events.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
