We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Recruiter with specialized expertise in recruiting Guidewire professionals across Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem, proven experience sourcing niche technology talent, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for highly specialized technical roles.
This role will partner closely with hiring managers, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top Guidewire talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Guidewire-related positions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities.
- Develop recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified professionals.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
- Provide meaningful insights regarding the market and ways to implements specialized strategy to the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations and facilitate onboarding activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience.
- Experience on Guidewire roles or insurance technology positions.
- Strong understanding of the Guidewire platform and its core modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, InsuranceSuite & Guidewire Cloud
- Experience recruiting software engineers, architects, business analysts, and QA professionals.
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Sourcing experience on different platforms.
