Job Introduction
Major Responsibilities
- Offering expert advice and guidance on technical Topics; HEV, PHEV and TCU.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
- Developing and implementing technical standards and best practices.
- Training and mentoring other employees in technical skills.
- Collaborating with other departments on technical projects.
- Staying updated with the latest technological advancements in the field.
- Conducting research and development to improve products and processes. Actively contribute to Innovation topics - IP creation, publishing technical papers, creating training contents, providing trainings, etc.
- Drive innovation in the team.
- Support manager in drafting and implementing Competency Management plan and for the team.
Knowledge and Education
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics preferred.
- Knowledge on AUTOSAR.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Good understanding of ASPICE.
- Knowledge on ISO26262.
Work Experience
- 12 + exp in powertrain domain; eDrive system, Motor control, etc.
- Expert in ePowertrain (EV and HEV) domain.
- Experience on Transmission systems /TCU.
- Experience in SWE.1 and SWE.3 requirement elicitation.
- Expert in Model Based Development.
- Experience in FUSA, ISO26262 relevant components.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong Analytical skill.
- Tools: MATLAB (Simulink and State flow), Targetlink, Embedded coder, Simulink Test, GitHub.
