Requirements Key Responsibilities & Skills
Client Handling
- Manage client relationships professionally and maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Handle multiple international clients simultaneously.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely task completion.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle documentation, presentations, market research, and reporting.
- Perform data entry, data management, CRM updates, and customer support tasks.
- Maintain customer records and support project-related activities.
- Assist with lead generation and coordination tasks based on client requirements.
- Utilize tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project to track and manage tasks efficiently.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Identify issues proactively and provide practical solutions.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM tools, and online collaboration platforms.
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote support role.
- Experience managing multiple international clients preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with desktop sharing tools, cloud services, and VoIP platforms.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Good knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using online calendars such as Google Calendar.
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
