We are looking for an Executive Project Manager for our Client Experience division.
Your main tasks will be:
- Own execution across multiple parallel initiatives (e.g. ~10 at a time)
- Align roadmaps across teams and shorten delivery timelines
- Identify and remove execution bottlenecks and blockers
- Drive coordination between:
- product teams
- data/analytics
- operations (e.g. partner-facing teams)
- Bridge gaps where teams lack expertise (e.g. product vs operations)
- Ensure initiatives are not just planned, but fully implemented end-to-end
We expect from you:
- Background in:
- project/program management, delivery management, or similar roles
- large companies (not early-stage startups)
- Strong experience with:
- cross-functional delivery at scale
- working with data-driven environments (experiments, A/B tests, analytics)
- implementing changes in existing systems (not just launching new products)
- Comfortable working with:
- operations (partners, segmentation, different commercial conditions)
- multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
