IFF is a global leader in food ingredients and flavors industry and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Taste team as an Executive Assistant to VP Flavors/ MD, Indian Sub-Continent.
Your Focus
As an Executive Assistant, you will be working directly with MD / VP Flavors for the Indian sub-continent. You will need to perform a variety of administrative tasks and to support the MD. You should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
This role is Gurgaon, India based.
Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact among local leaders, Direct Reports of the VP Flavors / MD, India Management team and other stakeholders.

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage calendars and set up meetings.

Manage key projects using the agile methodology.

Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
-
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.

Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.

Compile information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports.

Manage meetings end-to-end (pre, during and post)

Solve critical problems.
What you will need to be successful

Minimum 10-12 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management/ CEO/ Country Head.

Comfort / proficiency with excel and powerpoint.

Project Management Skills.

Organisational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
