Collaborating with ServiceNow HR product owners, HR business users, and IT applications teams, you’ll contribute to delivering a seamless global employee experience. Your responsibilities will include implementing solutions that ensure security, integrity, scalability, and consistency of critical user data. Key Responsibilities: Employee Center and HR Case Management Implementation: Configuring and enhancing HR ServiceNow case management processes to improve employee experience. Collaboration: Partner with ServiceNow HR product owners, HR business users, and IT applications teams to deliver global employee experience solutions. Data Integration: Development and support of ServiceNow HR applications and integrations with third-party tools/applications Workflow Development: Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows/flows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, record producers, catalog items, Agent workspace and tables. Web Services Integration: Experience with web services integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL). Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow. Creating reports and dashboards.
