The ERP HCM Business Analyst will implement Workday solutions, configure security, manage integrations, and ensure effective reporting and auditing practices.
Required Experience:
- 14-18 years of experience working with Workday Integration & Reporting Tools.
Responsibilities:
- At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, policies, and best practices.
- Experience with security auditing, monitoring, and incident response.

Essential Skills:
- Experience in building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, BIRT Reporting, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
- Experience in Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Worksheets, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Experience in developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
- Experience in integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
- Strong technical experience with XML and Java.
- Strong leadership abilities and the skill to foster collaboration and excellence in a team setting.
- Workday certification would be a plus.
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.
