As the Entra ID Architect, you will be part of our Delivery Services Team. This position will be responsible for defining, designing, developing, and implementing PAM solutions for complex enterprise organizations, from designing hardware specifications and resolving infrastructure dependencies, to installation and configuration of the tool.
Location: Bangalore, India / Remote to start, but office/In-person is expected when the office is opened (timeline to be determined)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the lead and be the go-to resource regarding all components of Privileged Access Management for our customers, including discussions on technical concepts, designs and interdependencies, assessments and advisory
- Deep technical hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure PAM and CyberArk solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to implement solutions for management of privileged credentials, and lead dialogue with system administrators and application owners to design solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and document solution architecture, detailed design, and provide support to help with solution deployment
- Develop and document integration design and architecture with other IAM, IT, and security solutions like IGA (SailPoint), Access Management (Entra ID), ITDR, and SIEM, ServiceNow.
- Define PAM Governance Frameworks and PAM Processes
- Assess and analyze the client’s environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement, target architectures and a roadmap
- Educate the business and IT stakeholders on the Security Solution Architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards, and security guidelines related to systems, business or data architecture
- Develop support documentation and perform knowledge transfer
- Define standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and implementation/deployment plans for privileged account security solutions and identity governance solutions
- Lead and mentor team members, including coaching junior engineers and architects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Entra ID / Azure PAM and CyberArk solutions, including engineering and architecture, is essential.
- 5+ years of progressive experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for enterprise organizations with relevant certifications and credentials such as Certified CyberArk Delivery Engineer (CDE)
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions
- 5+ years of experience in gathering PAM business requirements and developing the technical design document.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, or implementing PAM systems.
- 5+ years of experience with defining PAM strategy and roadmaps for clients
- Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems while effectively communicating technical concepts
- Travel to client sites may be required
- Self-starter, fast learner
- Ability to be secret cleared
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Previous consulting experience
- Java or other programming languages
- Industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CIA, etc #LI-AS1
