Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Energy Advisor to join our team. As an Energy Advisor at Bridgeway Power, you will play a pivotal role in promoting solar energy solutions to potential customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy solutions. Provide personalized recommendations based on their requirements.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and customers to foster trust and credibility. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and providing expert guidance.
Closing Deals: Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve monthly targets. Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Customer Education: Educate customers about the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy, as well as government incentives and rebates available for solar installations.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government policies related to renewable energy. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
Knowledge of solar energy principles and technology is a plus.
