About this Role
We're looking for a Klaviyo expert Email Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing across Valerie's e-commerce partner brands.You'll build the customer journeys that turn first-time shoppers into loyal customers; from welcome flows and abandoned carts to post-purchase experiences, product launches, and win-back campaigns. You'll combine creativity with data to deliver campaigns that not only feel on-brand but also drive measurable business results.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, ideally within ecommerce.
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo. Experience with Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms is a plus.
A solid understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation.
Experience planning and executing automated email and SMS journeys.
Comfortable working with GA4, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms to measure performance.
Strong project management and communication skills, with experience working across creative and marketing teams.
A portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign strategy and commercial impact.
Bonus Points
Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
Experience working in a high-growth startup, agency, or ecommerce business.
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, segmentation, or campaign optimisation.
Experience with predictive analytics, customer lifetime value modelling, or experimentation frameworks.
