The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will lead email campaigns and automation projects, manage HubSpot migrations, and track campaign performance for B2B and B2C brands.
We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist with 4 + years of experience and at least 2 years of strong, hands-on expertise in Dotdigital. The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, automation programs, omnichannel journeys, segmentation, and reporting for B2C & B2B brands. You will drive revenue through data-led email strategies and deep platform integrations. Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is a plus, but Dotdigital expertise is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end migration to HubSpot (data mapping, imports, workflows, pipelines)
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, re-engagement)
- Set up and manage workflows, emails, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring
- Structure and maintain HubSpot CRM (contacts, deals, pipelines, properties)
- Manage integrations (Shopify, Salesforce, APIs, etc.)
- Track performance (CTR, CVR, pipeline, ROI) and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead client communication
Must-Have
- 5–6 years in marketing automation / CRM
- 2–3 years hands-on HubSpot experience
- Proven experience in HubSpot migration projects
- Strong in workflows, segmentation, and CRM structuring
- Understanding of B2B/eCommerce journeys
- Basic HTML/email editing + analytics skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Dotdigital
- API/Zapier integrations
- HubSpot certifications
