EAII Advisors, Evidence Action’s technical partner in India, supports the implementation of the school and Anganwadi-based National Deworming Day program, as well as iron and folic acid supplementation programs, across 11 states by providing technical assistance to applicable state ministries of health, education, and women and child development. Moving forward, EAII Advisors aims to expand its impact by collaborating with more state governments on these existing programs, as well as supporting new public health, water, & nutrition programming.

The Role
At EAII, we believe that great people drive great impact. Over the past two years, we’ve grown by more than 100 staff—and we’re not slowing down! As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to play a critical role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top-tier talent to fuel our mission.
In this role, you’ll lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with department heads and hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance our employer brand to attract exceptional candidates.
This position requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and a drive to build scalable recruitment frameworks that will support our continued growth. While the role does not currently involve managing a team, you will lay the foundation for an evolving talent acquisition function.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (15%)
· Partner with department heads to determine future talent needs and build a sourcing strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
· Regular syncs with Hiring Managers and leadership to align on recruitment priorities, hiring plans, and challenges.
· Guide hiring managers on KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) for roles, interview structures, and performance evaluation best practices.
· Follow performance metrics and benchmarks to measure recruitment success, ensuring hiring turnaround times meet the metrics.
End-to-End Recruitment Execution (50%)
· Manage the full recruitment cycle for at least 12-15 India-based roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
· Ensure efficient processing and timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
· Develop diverse candidate pipelines by leveraging multiple talent channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
· Utilize Workable (ATS) effectively, ensuring hiring managers are trained to use the platform efficiently.
· Periodically audit and improve recruiting processes through feedback loops.
· Keep up with labor regulations and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement (15%)
· Collaborate with the People and Culture team to lead initiatives to enhance Evidence Action’s employer brand in India, ensuring we attract the right talent.
· Participate in networking events, discussion forums, and other employer branding initiatives to strengthen visibility in the talent market.
· Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent competition to inform leadership on hiring strategies.
Reporting & Process Improvement (20%)
· Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and department heads, ensuring transparency in hiring progress.
· Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, hiring plan templates, and process guidelines.
· Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment practices.
· Research and recommend the best job advertising platforms and sourcing tools to optimize recruitment efforts.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field - additional HR qualification will be an added advantage
· 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth organization, within the social impact sector. INGO experience will be an added advantage
· Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives
· Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
· Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence recruitment decisions
· Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable preferred), Microsoft Excel, and reporting dashboards
· Strong knowledge of labor regulations and experience managing full-cycle recruiting is essential. Familiarity with representation and inclusion hiring best practices is highly desirable
· Strong analytical and data-driven approach to talent acquisition
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines
· Ethical and discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and HR best practices

The role is based in New Delhi, India

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with the individual's credentials, experience, and previous pay scale.
