About this opportunity:
Ericsson is looking for a diligent and competent Domain Support Specialist. As a member of our Automated Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing maintenance activities, providing technical support, and coordinating daily operational tasks. This role centers on ensuring that our services and resources are efficiently activated, configured, and tested. If you are eager to work in an interactive environment and dedicated to guaranteeing the availability and performance of services for our customers, this might be the ideal role for you.
What you will do:
Key Responsibilities
The position responsible will be required:

• To ensure configuration on various CORE Nodes ( MSS, MGW, HLR )
• To ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
• To ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are properly & periodically followed.
• To contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.

Candidate Prerequisites:

• Qualifications: [Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering]
• Total Experience: 3-5 years in Telecom Industry
• Relevant Experience: 3-5 yrs. (relevant to GSM network)

Technical and/or functional skills: [Network Nodes/GSM/SS7]

• The primary purpose is to take full responsibility of Configuration activities related to CORE Network.
• The position responsible will be required:
• To ensure configuration Activities on various CORE nodes.
• To work well within predefined system support guidelines and ground rules.
• To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
• To ensure correct working methodology, Best Practices and Continuous improvements in Ways of Working for efficiency improvements and betterment in deliveries.
• Execute system configuration related changes as per given access rights.
• To ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
• To ensure Password policies and other security policies are properly followed

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications with at least 1-4 years of Experience in CORE Domain.
• Experience in handling Nokia Networks Preferred.
• Ericsson and Huawei Core Node handling will be additional advantage.
