- Convert business requirements to technical specifications
- Design products & services
- Ability to participate actively and own technology solutions for BPR, legacy modernizations, AI, CRM, AI, cloud technologies
- Should have solution architecture mindset with ability to dive deep into applications components with keen eagerness to learn business workflows
- Contribute to budget estimations & manage financials
- Contribute to Talent development
- Manage delivery through Agile practices
- Setup capabilities: Azure cloud, AI, DevOps, App dev etc.
- Perform effective people management
- Contribute to Vendor management, Employee experience and Service integrations
- Drive culture of research & experimentation and contribute to Artificial Intelligence
- Should be able to attract, grow and retain engineering talent
- Actively demonstrates and promotes culture of working in a matrix organization focused on exceptional customer service through technology differentiation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
- Engineering degree and preferably advance degree in Technology domain
Experience
- 18+ years of overall work experience with strong delivery management exposure in Agile environment
- Should have 10+ years' experience in hands on development earlier in the career
- Should have demonstrated experience in large scale delivery in global setting
Technical skills
- Service delivery: Application development
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training - if required)
- Knowledge on Scale Agile & product management is preferred
