Summary of Responsibility

The Director of Software Quality presents a unique opportunity to take ownership and establish the right quality processes, automation, and culture at Finalsite, delivering high-quality software products to schools worldwide.
Essential Functions
Develop and Maintain Quality Process and Program:
Partner with and guide the members of the Product Engineering teams to create, apply, and improve the QA process.
AI tooling usage implementation in the Quality shift level and improvements.
Enhance and oversee the implementation of test automation frameworks to ensure a high level of test coverage and reduce the need for manual testing efforts.
Decrease the ratio and amount of customer-raised and internally found defects.
Lead and mentor QA teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hands-on experience with Quality processes and tools establishment across multiple teams
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading QA teams in SaaS companies.
Proven references of the product's quality and automation improvement in the company.
Hands-on expertise to stand teams and drive the automation testing across Web and Mobile Applications (using some or a combination of Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JMeter, and similar).
