Role Objective

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager, Campaigns to lead a team of digital marketing specialists focused on multi-channel marketing campaign management. This role will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating daily with ERM’s industry and regional marketers and the Digital Marketing Director.

This is a hands-on management role focused on supporting the wider marketing team to design, build and execute marketing campaigns that will drive brand awareness in the market, engagement with new and existing prospects and generate demand that will drive commercial performance of the business.

You will have multi-channel expertise, being able to think holistically across the digital landscape (and beyond) to build curated campaign customer journeys. You will feel comfortable with leveraging email marketing, social media, paid media/ search and websites/ digital experience platforms to craft an engaging journey. You will be metric driven and use data to adjust the trajectory of campaigns to maximise their performance.

Optimising team performance and driving operational efficiency will be central to effectiveness and productivity of the team you manage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign design and delivery

· Collaborate and ideate with marketers to design and deliver multi-touchpoint campaigns across digital channels such as website, email, social media and paid media/ search

· Craft customer journey’s which nurture new or existing prospects across the marketing funnel, increasing awareness of ERM in the marketing, encouraging engagement with marketing campaigns and convert into demand generation.

· Build personalisation into campaigns, using both demographic and behavioural indicators to segment the audience

· Confidently leverage marketing automation and CRM data and functionality for seamless campaign execution.

· Leverage analytics and data to share insights with project teams to influence the adaptations made to campaigns.

· Meet campaign KPIs including channel specific goals, as well as commercial lead generation to positively influence revenue generation.

2. Team & Performance Management

· Manage a team of 3 digital marketing professionals.

· Support the team to achieve individual and team KPIs; conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions.

· Embody the team’s collaborative, high-performing culture.

· Identify skill gaps and implement training/upskilling initiatives.

3. Operational Excellence & Standardization

· Establish and maintain standardized processes, workflows, and documentation (SOPs).

· Monitor campaign delivery timelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.

· Drive best-in-class execution across all digital marketing outputs including campaign assets, reports, automations, and performance dashboards.

4. Marketing Systems & Data Enablement

· Ensure consistent usage and optimization of platforms like Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Google Ads, Looker Studio, GA4, and Power BI.

· Proven experience in optimizing and leveraging first party data to deliver commercial results.

· Review and improve lead funnel management practices in alignment with commercial goals.

· Partner with specialist digital marketers to improve campaign efficiency and performance metrics

5. Qualifications & Experience

· 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/team lead role.

· Proven experience managing high performing campaigns – ideally both brand campaigns and lead generation campaigns.

· Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools: Pardot/MCAE, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio/Power BI.

· Demonstrated ability to lead multiple simultaneous initiatives and manage competing priorities.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Hands-on project management experience with tools like Trello, or similar platforms.

6. Preferred Skills

· Exposure to consulting firm marketing environment.

· Ability to synthesize performance data and make strategy or process recommendations.

· Familiarity with CMS platforms, A/B testing methodologies, and digital UX best practices.
