Plan and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns for personal loan lead generation. Manage Google and Meta advertising, landing pages, SEO, SEM, remarketing, budgets, and conversion funnels. Analyze CPL, CAC, ROI, and campaign performance using analytics, CRM, and reporting tools. Coordinate with sales, telecalling, and loan operations teams to improve conversions while ensuring compliance with RBI, digital lending, privacy, and company requirements.
* Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for personal loan lead generation.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms.
* Generate high-quality personal loan leads and improve lead-to-login, approval, and disbursement conversion rates.
* Monitor and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROI, and campaign performance.
* Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve monthly business targets.
* Manage landing pages, website conversion optimization, SEO, SEM, and remarketing campaigns.
* Coordinate with sales, telecalling, and loan operations teams to improve lead conversion.
* Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and performance dashboards.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, campaign spending, and ROI.
* Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources across different channels.
* Ensure all digital campaigns follow applicable RBI guidelines, digital lending requirements, data privacy standards, and company compliance policies.
* Identify new digital channels and strategies to increase personal loan customer acquisition.
Requirements
* Strong experience in performance marketing and digital lead generation.
* Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Knowledge of the NBFC, fintech, personal loan, or banking industry.
* Understanding of loan funnels, lead quality, credit eligibility, and customer acquisition.
* Strong analytical, reporting, budgeting, and campaign optimization skills.
* Experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing dashboards.
* Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
