The Digital Business Analyst translates high-level objectives into functional specifications, manages requirements, documents user workflows, supports sprint planning, develops use cases, and assists with QA testing.
Role: • Digital Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Translate high level objectives provided by Software Product Management and external clients into testable, measurable functional specifications • Take software product feature ownership and manage full life cycle of the requirement • Research and document functional requirements, integrating multiple sources • Analyze and document user workflows • Produce and maintain product backlog and participate in or drive sprint planning where appropriate • Assist with the prioritization of initial feature development and ongoing change requests • Develop use cases, demonstrating how each class of user interacts with each system function • Ensure application interfaces address human factor design considerations • Assist the Quality Assurance group with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases. Log failures so that QA Analysts may follow up to ensure resolution • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with all levels of leadership including Clients, Product Management, Development, UX, QA, and Support
