About the Team
With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each departments mission is to deliver a seamless and innovative communication solution. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.
What we’re looking for
-
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
-
5+ years working in the DevOps space ideally with VoIP.

Experience with Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and other monitoring tools.

Experience with Linux and familiar with Linux shells and basic network troubleshooting skills as you will be working on a mac.

Experience in Shell Scripting, Python or Go or any other one of the programming language

Have hands-on work experience in production system (at least 3yrs). Understanding of the principles of operation and limitations

Experience with Redis or mysql database and Git, Jenkins, Argocd and other DevOps tools

Have good understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP
