Job Summary As a mid-level DevOps / Cloud Engineer, you’ll build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our global HR platform running smoothly. Your role focuses on automation, scalability, and reliability across our entire product ecosystem.
What you’ll do as a Mid-Level DevOps / Cloud Engineer…
- Design, implement, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for seamless code integration and deployment.
- Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement observability tools, logging, and alerting to maintain system health.
- Optimize cloud resource usage and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient workflows.
What we’re looking for…
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify process improvements.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
