About this opportunity:
DevOps profile along with hands on experience on Kubernetes, Shell Scripting, gitops(Fluxcd) , Gitlab, Cloud knowledge, SAST Tool , DAST Tool , Ansible knowledge.
What you will do:
Design, implement, and manage GitOps workflows using FluxCD and GitLab.
Manage multi-environment Kubernetes deployments using GitOps best practices.
Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kustomize overlays, and Kubernetes manifests.
Integrate GitLab CI/CD pipelines with GitOps controllers (FluxCD).
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD (if applicable).
Set up FluxCD components (source-controller, kustomize-controller, helm-controller, etc.).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application deployment processes.
Ensure secure handling of secrets using Sealed Secrets, SOPS, or Vault.
Collaborate closely with development, SRE, and platform teams to enable self-service deployment models.
The skills you bring:
Experience with delivering E2E automation projects and driving automation design discussions
8+ years of experience .
Solid understanding of GitOps principles and tooling (FluxCD v2).
Experience with GitLab CI/CD - runners, pipelines, variables, templates.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
Expertise in creating Kustomize overlays, HelmReleases, and GitRepository sources.
Proficient in Linux, shell scripting, YAML, and Git workflows.
Experience managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
Strong understanding of Docker, containerization, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Loki, Grafana).
