Support Responsibilities
● Provide L2/L3 support for migration and post-migration issues.
● Troubleshoot data errors, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
● Perform root cause analysis and ensure data integrity.
● Monitor ETL jobs, support deployments, and manage data fixes.
Data & Domain Expertise
● Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems.
● Understanding of data integration patterns and APIs.
● Basic knowledge of Salesforce processes (Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Quoting) is a plus.

Qualifications● 3–5 years of experience in data migration / ETL / data engineering. ● Strong experience with large data volumes and Snowfl ake. ● Profi cient in SQL, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP APIs. ● Strong knowledge of data validation, deduplication, and ETL processes.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ● Eff ective communication and stakeholder coordination ● Detail-oriented with high ownership and accountability
