As a Dashboard Factory Lead and QlikSense Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Commercial & Investment Banking team, you will promote the team's initiatives by supporting the design and development of new dashboards, enhancing existing dashboards and reports, and managing data initiatives for our stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all development on the QlikSense platform adheres to best practices, principles, and standards, complying with the firm's data control standards.
- Present data and reports clearly and concisely to enable dashboard end users and senior leadership to quickly grasp results and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Stay informed about emerging processes, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and data science, continuously enhancing skills through self-learning and participation in training and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and business app developers, to align on requirements, operating models, processes, and deliverables.
- Familiarize yourself with key Commercial & Investment Banking/firmwide metrics and data elements by working with data domain partners to form a comprehensive view of data availability.
- Gather requirements by working with business stakeholders to understand their needs, data visualization, and reporting requirements, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and data sources necessary for data analysis to solve business problems.
- Source data from standard single-source-of-truth sources in an optimized manner and store it in Qlik's proprietary format, regularly reviewing the repository and data consumption, and optimizing SQL queries for Hadoop/AWS environments.
- Design and develop data models in Qlik Sense to extract, transform, and load data, ensuring optimal data model schema and relationships between objects, and integrating data from various sources for a comprehensive view.
- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, charts, and reports using Qlik Sense's drag-and-drop interface, applying data visualization best practices to effectively present data insights and maintain uniformity across dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, developing meaningful metrics and visualizations that address business needs.
- Document and maintain DRD, data model scripts, RO signoffs, and V&E configurations for future reference and ISS compliance, maintaining documentation of operating models, best practices, and SOPs.

- Minimum 4 years of experience
