We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist with a strong background in Master Data, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, or a related field. The Compliance Executive is responsible for creating, validating, and managing Customer and Joint Venture (JV) records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (MIS365) and ensuring accurate two way data transfer between MIS365 and Ivalua. This role ensures adherence to compliance standards, accurate documentation, and seamless data integration across systems.Your responsibilities
  • Create and update Customer Master records in MIS365 based on approved documentation.
  • Export Customer and JV data from MIS 365 and transfer it to Ivalua.
  • Map fields between the two systems to maintain accuracy.
  • Conduct validation checks to ensure successful sync.
  • Import or update Customer/JV data coming from Ivalua into MIS365.
  • Verify completeness and correctness of incoming data before integration.
  • Resolve mismatches, duplicates, or missing data issues.
  • Maintain a log of all transfers, approvals, and processing steps.
  • Identify and rectify integration failures or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for system-related concerns.
  • Ensure all Customer and JV records follow internal compliance policies and external regulatory norms.
  • Maintain organized documents, audit trails, and supporting evidence for all records.
  • Assist during internal and external compliance audits by providing accurate data.
  • Perform periodic data accuracy checks across both systems.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams for validation of data inputs.
  • Liaise with IT teams for workflow enhancements, error resolution, and system updates.
  • Provide status updates and reports on Customer creation, JV creation, and data transfer activities.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in any of the following areaa in Compliance operations, master data management (Customer/Vendor/JV creation), data entry and validation in corporate environments, financial or operational support roles involving documentation checks.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (required).
  • Experience with MIS 365 or Ivalua (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exposure to data transfer, system integration, or workflow management is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of data governance and compliance processes.
  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data integration or ERP systems (preferred).
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS-OFFICE.
