Data Manager - CEBU

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM databases and other data systems.
• Perform data transfer and conversion tasks, including PDF → Excel, CSV imports, formatting, and structuring datasets.
• Develop automation workflows by using AI- based tools to reduce repetitive manual processes.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards that support project insights, performance tracking, and client-facing reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query/reporting support.
• Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations for a wide variety of environmental projects.
• Coordinate with ERM and client-contracted laboratories to ensure data quality and reporting objectives are met.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ERM colleagues, and subcontractors.
• Perform and manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while ensuring quality standards.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in environmental science, data management, analytics, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management with strong analytical and database skills.
• Skilled in Advanced Excel & Power BI.
• Experience using AI tools for process automation, document extraction, or workflow improvement.
• Ability to analyse data for logic, consistency, and quality throughout all stages of the project.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a computer-based, desk-oriented environment.
• Fluent English communication—both written and verbal.
