Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and migration across platforms
  • Design and implement data models (logical and physical) to support analytics, and business processes
  • Build programs and frameworks for data analysis, transformation, and validation to enable business insights
  • Develop automated monitoring solutions to track data pipeline health, performance, and processing status
  • Create operational dashboards and reporting solutions to provide real-time insights into data quality, pipeline status, and system performance
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across batch and streaming workflows
  • Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to define data requirements and deliver reliable data products
  • Support data platform scalability, performance optimization, and cloud-based data architecture
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering role designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake
  • Experience with data modeling (logical/physical), and data lake architectures
  • Experience with PBM and claim processing
  • Solid understanding of data integration, migration, and pipeline orchestration
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala
  • Proven ability to design monitoring frameworks for data pipelines, data quality, and performance tracking
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex data issues at scale
  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business, analytics, and engineering teams
