If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving solutions in finance, you have found the right team. As a Business Intelligence professional in our Corporate Sector, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.
Your team will be the Firmwide Forecast and Analysis (FFA) product team, responsible for partnering with Planning and Analysis (P&A), Controllers, Technology, and other product-based organizations across the firm. The goal is to deliver a platform that ingests, catalogs, models, enriches, calculates, assesses accuracy, and reports on the firm's financial forecasts and actuals. This involves a wide range of activities, including demand management, backlog prioritization, business process design, application design, data analytics, solutions implementation, and capability testing. The team leverages the agile framework, developing the product vision and defining OKRs to execute various initiatives that deliver enhanced data insights, system capabilities, and modernization of the forecast data aggregation infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage various technologies and data analytics skills to streamline the collection, modeling, calculation, accuracy assessment, and reporting of financial data sets (e.g., budget, outlook).
- Develop the future state vision for the data aggregation product, track initiatives, and leverage OKRs to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior leaders through business reviews.
- Work with technology to modernize the supporting infrastructure and deliver flexible self-service tools to end-users.
- Analyze, evaluate, and challenge both current and future state business processes and application architecture to identify opportunities for improvement and automation in the forecast data aggregation processes.
- Execute within a fast-paced environment, leveraging the Agile framework.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject
- Proven leadership skills, driving teams' agenda (including cross-functional and global) to deliver on large financial data platform build initiatives.
- Proficiency in data gathering, modeling, manipulation, analytics, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present conclusions concisely.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and various financial calculations used to deliver complete and accurate financial results and business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of executing large to small programs, often under pressure with short lead times or limited information/direction.
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent team player with the ability to challenge while remaining respected as a trusted partner for the P&A and Technology teams. Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in data analytics and data modeling using Essbase/Dodeca.
- Understanding of SQL/Python is a must-have skill. Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience, preferably in technology, product ownership, and/or finance within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and tools such as Confluence/JIRA.
