Overview
We are seeking a self‑driven, detail‑oriented Data Analyst to support our growing analytics needs across Salesforce and Power BI. This role is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing existing dashboards and reports while proactively identifying new analytics opportunities that help drive business performance and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain all existing Salesforce and Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and timely updates.
- Monitor report usage, performance, and quality, identifying gaps or opportunities to improve insights.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable, user‑friendly dashboards.
- Design, build, and deploy new reports that surface trends, KPIs, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic goals.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Support, Professional Services, Product, Operations, Sales) to understand business processes and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure consistent data governance across systems.
- Document report logic, data sources, and dashboards to ensure long‑term sustainability and knowledge sharing.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline recurring reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including custom report types and data relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL or other query languages.
- Familiarity with data governance best practices.
- Experience supporting operations, customer support, or SaaS environments.
