Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:  
    • Develop and maintain complex data models and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply chain operations.

    • Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and cloud-based platforms.

    • Design and implement data pipelines to automate data collection, cleaning, and processing, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain and product utilization data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planners, supply planners, and product managers, to understand their data requirements and provide tailored reports and dashboards.

    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and develop innovative solutions to enhance data analysis capabilities.

    • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve data accuracy.

    • Implement dashboards to drive clear communication around the story being told by the data.

    • 5 years experience in Cloud and Supply Chain is required, or equivalent

Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain Operations and Cloud (preferred).

  • Experience with creating Data-Models and Data-Pipelines.

  • Strong experience working with SQL programming, as well as with Data Visualization solutions (i.e. Google PLX, Tableau, Power-BI).

  • Advanced Excel skills to include; formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookup and reference formulas (i.e. vlookups), statistical formulas (countifs, sumifs), macros (ability to create new and edit existing), conditional formatting, importing data, creating graphs/charts, etc. 

  • Ability to independently analyze large amounts of data; including the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends, gaps, patterns in complex data sets.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (preferably Globally).

  • Must possess strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): 

  • Experience using Google PLX Dashboards.

  • Experience working within Cloud-Computing environments (i.e. Demand Forecasting, Capacity Planning).
