Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Data and AI Solutions Sales Engineer to drive growth and help shape our commercial strategy. This role is very strategic with the potential to lead our Hyderabad location. You will identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver cutting-edge AI and Data solutions. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a strong understanding of IT and engineering, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities in the AI and Data space.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Solution Consulting: Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored AI and Data solutions.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Market Presence: Represent Xenon7 at industry events, driving visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and Build our Hyderabad eco-system
- Strong understanding of IT, engineering, and a passion for AI and Data solutions.
- Proven experience in business development, consulting, or sales, ideally in tech.
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients and internal teams.

- Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools (preferred).
