D365 Principal Technical Solution Architect

We are looking to appoint a highly experienced D365 Principal Technical Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires a deep technical understanding of the D365 ecosystem, the ability to lead large technical teams, and experience in defining and executing enterprise-level technology strategies. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure architectural best practices, and contribute to shaping the organization's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance

• Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with C-suite stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to align D365 capabilities with business needs

• Define and drive technological strategies, innovation roadmaps, and enterprise architecture standards

• Lead and mentor large technical teams, including solution architects, developers, and functional consultants

• Ensure best practices in solution architecture, integrations, custom development, and cloud-based deployments within the D365 platform

• Oversee the governance and compliance of architectural solutions, ensuring adherence to security and regulatory requirements

• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless integrations between D365 applications (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power Platform, etc.) and third-party systems

• Keep up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and competitive insights to drive continuous innovation

• Provide technical leadership in pre-sales and business development efforts, supporting solution demonstrations and proposals

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM)

• Proven experience in leading large-scale D365 implementations in complex enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Power Platform, DevOps, and integrations.

• Deep understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including security, compliance, data governance, and performance optimization

• Ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and sustainable technical architectures

• Experience working as an enterprise architect or leading large technical teams in multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices

• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable
