Position Overview

Cellebrite is seeking a dedicated sales professional to lead business growth across the Indian Defence and Intelligence sectors. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the operational and procurement frameworks of the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and equivalent intelligence and homeland security organizations.

This role requires a proven track record in complex solution sales, preferably within the defence technology or intelligence systems domain. The successful candidate will identify, engage, and expand relationships with senior stakeholders, drive strategic pursuits, and align Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence platform with national and regional security priorities.

Responsibilities


  • Lead Cellebrite’s sales efforts within the Indian Defence and Intelligence communities, identifying strategic opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy aligned with corporate objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Drive new business and maintain recurring revenue across key accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage with key decision-makers within MoD, MHA, DRDO, Defence PSUs, and Intelligence organizations to position Cellebrite’s solutions effectively.
  • Navigate the defence procurement and tendering process, including RFP/RFI preparation, bid response, and vendor registration requirements.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately forecasting and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Cellebrite’s pre-sales engineers, solution experts, and marketing to deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals.
  • Represent Cellebrite at industry events, conferences, and defence exhibitions, promoting our mission and strengthening strategic relationships.
  • Proven, successful track record selling as a senior sales or account manager, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in National Security, Defence, or Intelligence sectors.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the Indian Defence Forces will be given preference; however, this is not a mandatory requirement.
  • Deep understanding of Indian defence and intelligence procurement structures, policies, and operational frameworks.
  • Experience in managing high-value, multi-stakeholder accounts within complex government environments.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to influence senior leadership and technical evaluators alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles—from opportunity identification to contract closure.
  • Leader in the sector with an established network across defence and intelligence organizations.
  • Based in India, with willingness to travel frequently within the region.
