Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Specialist - Pre Sales located in Delhi. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs, designing customized solutions, and providing technical support during the pre-sales process. Responsibilities include showcasing cybersecurity products and services, conducting security assessments, and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. The specialist will collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
1. Cybersecurity presales engineer – Key Responsibilities:Understand customer security requirements and IT environment.
Design and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions.
Support the sales team in client meetings and technical discussions.
Deliver product demos, presentations, and POCs.
Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for solution design.
Handle technical queries and provide pre-sales consultation.
Ensure smooth handover to the implementation team after project closure.
Tracking support tickets and ongoing tasks to ensure timely resolution and smooth workflow.
Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security concepts, best practices, and trends.
Skills in Network Security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure network architecture.
Expertise in Application Security and ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Familiarity with enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, or similar will be an added advantage.
Experience in pre-sales or cybersecurity solution design is highly desirable.
