The ideal candidate will possess Team management experience & Business Development background that enables him/her to engage at all levels of a customer organization, specially C-levels of the business and IT. He/She will also demonstrate a strong technical competency focused on the IT landscape and preferably cloud computing. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a Customer -  segment coverage plan, business objectives, deliver revenue, build, train, mentor and manage a strong team for the same. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Deliver Overall revenue, P&L & acquisition targets for the customer segment in line with the overall vision and values of the company 
  • Lead and Manage a team of Field Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Alliance 
  • Train, Review, Coach and enhance the performance of the team across all KPIs and career aspirations 
  • Leading the RFP/RFI responses from proactive bids, effective qualification, stakeholder management, and bid execution. This involves shaping the RFP / RFI response by partnering across OEMs, and all support functions, and presenting the solution. 
  • Driving business and alliances through the Big 4 Consulting firms and a select few large strategic Sis. 
  • Responsible for establishing connections at the most senior level within the defined set of accounts and help implement a broad strategy to earn customer delight and service delivery excellence 
  • Work with appropriate cross-functional teams of Minfy to support customers’ interests 
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Minfy services. 
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports 
  • Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics & Internet architectures based on customer’s needs and requirements. 
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the Leadership team.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of business development experience in IT industry handing Government clients (Federal & State). 
  • 5+ years of managing a team size of 8+ strong individuals across 2 or more functions 
  • Direct field experience in working with Federal Government organisations, State Governments, Education institutions/NPOs 
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives, bureaucrats and Heads of Nodal agencies. 
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. 
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills  
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. 
  • Self-driven, accountable, display balance between tactical and strategic initiatives and should possess the ability to adapt to the values and culture of Minfy Technologies.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • B.Com/BBA/BE/B.Tech or Equivalent degree required. Masters or MBA a plus. 
  • Team management experience required. 
  • A strong understanding of Cloud technology as a service would be preferred  
  • Other experiences to include: experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record; ability to navigate across Minfy and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach; and, establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across the organizations.
