MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

● 18 years old and above
● At least a Senior High School graduate
● with at least 6 months BPO related industry experience
 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

● Above average oral and written English Communication skills
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Passionate and with integrity toward work
● Ability to use MS Office or Google Suite application
● Amenable to Work On-site - Eastwood City

Educational Attainment: At least Senior High School/2nd year College
Desired Years of Experience: 1-2 years of continuous work experience
Desired Industry Exposure: BPO
Desired Role Exposure: Prior BPO experience as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative/IT Helpdesk/Quality Analyst/Team Leader/RTA/RA
