Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on a particular phase of the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands continuous engagement with evolving software requirements and collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within CRM environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to CRM systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
