Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across various teams and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering seamless communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application features with business needs.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development progress.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0, Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within financial software environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to connectivity and workflow integration.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for custom application engineering.
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
