This role emphasizes data modeling, innovative Esri + AI solutions, and solutioning for RFPs, ensuring governance and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance Manage full lifecycle delivery of GIS projects using Esri platforms. Implement governance frameworks for compliance, risk management, and quality assurance. Drive innovation in delivery through automation and AI-based enhancements. Solutioning & RFP Management Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs, including architecture design, cost estimation, and proposal development. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create competitive, innovative responses. Technical Leadership Architect and implement solutions using ArcGIS Pro SDK, Utility Network Model, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Experience Builder. Design and optimize data models for large-scale GIS implementations. Integrate Esri platforms with enterprise systems and emerging technologies. Innovation & AI Develop Esri + AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and smart geospatial insights. Explore and implement cutting-edge integrations to enhance GIS capabilities. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct governance meetings and provide transparent progress reporting. Proven experience in project governance and RFP solutioning. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to GIS. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
