Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes. - Experience with database design and management, including performance tuning and optimization. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow and integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
