Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to innovative solutions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and learning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the design and implementation of software systems to enhance functionality and user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Digital Cockpit Solutions. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles. - Familiarity with programming languages relevant to automotive software development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Digital Cockpit Solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
