Summary: Fast Formula Lead / Designer As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining Fast Formulas across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, and Talent Management. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient Fast Formula solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders. Design, script, test, and optimize formula logic. Maintain and version-control formula libraries. Ensure smooth deployments, upgrades, and patches. Act as SME and provide solutions across teams. Lead, guide, and make decisions for the team. Collaborate with multiple teams on key initiatives. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud, focused on developing Fast Formulas across more than 1 module from - Payroll, Absence, OTL, Compensation & Benefits & Talent. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
