Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team through challenges and contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Experience with content management systems and web development frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. - Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
