- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective software configurations.
- Experience in application design and configuration to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that impact multiple teams and business functions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- This position is based at JPDC3A - NON-STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
