CRM Developer (D365 CE)
Purpose
Own technical build for D365 CE/CRM so customer-facing processes (Sales, Service) are well-governed and integrated with ERP.
What the role does
- Builds and maintains CRM forms, views, plugins, and model-driven apps on Dataverse.
- Designs Power Automate flows to support lead, opportunity, case, and service workflows, using Copilot where it makes sense.
- Integrates CRM with D365 F&O (customers, orders, invoices), customer portals, and other front-office tools using connectors/APIs.
- Implements basic data quality logic and supports data cleansing/migration initiatives within CRM.
- Acts as L2/L3 support for complex CRM issues, including debugging across configuration, data, and customizations.
Skills & experience
- 4+ years on D365 CE/CRM and Dataverse.
- Strong Power Platform + Copilot experience (model-driven apps, flows, business rules).
- Familiar with CRM integration patterns (webhooks, Azure Functions, custom APIs).
- Happy to move across configuration, data fixes, and code depending on what a given issue requires.
Stabilize / Standardize / Supercharge
Reduces fragmentation between CRM and ERP and creates a cleaner front-office platform for growth.
