Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work within the creative development of social-first creative within Content Lab from concept to production and activation
2. Craft social-first, platform native ideas and executions that live across earned, owned and partner channels
3. Keep up to date on social platform trends and insights and the wider advertising industry at large to inform your creative ideas
4. Provide oversight on strategy, design, creative and execution alongside our design, production, strategy and account teams
5. Pitch clients on campaign proposals
6. Suggest new ways for brands to innovate on social and other new digital platforms, to drive virality, create engaging brand presence, high-performing ads, and impactful campaigns
7. Ability to work with data specialists to identify learnings and insights on how to evolve and iterate content
8. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors to implement feedback and constantly push for creative excellence on every project
9. Provide creative guidance and feedback to junior creative team members within the team
10. Collaborate within the company at large, finding opportunities to work with creatives.
11. Support senior members of staff to drive innovation and news ways of working and proactive opportunities
