Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supervision of imaging operations, ensuring that document preparation, scanning, and indexing meet our rigorous quality and productivity standards.

You will lead a dedicated team of imaging operators, fostering a culture of precision and efficiency to help our clients transition seamlessly from physical to digital records.
What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Supervise daily imaging workflows—including document preparation, scanning, and indexing—to consistently meet or exceed productivity targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Lead and Develop Talent: Manage team performance by conducting training, monitoring skill development, and overseeing shift schedules to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce.

  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Execute regular quality audits and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain strict adherence to data security, organizational policies, and client-specific requirements.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in imaging or digitization operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

  • Strong technical knowledge of document imaging workflows, scanning equipment, and records management principles.

  • Proven ability in problem-solving and people management, specifically in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma frameworks is preferred.
