Objectives/Purpose:

• Collaborate on building contract database analytics strategy for various Business Units and Business Functions.

• Partner with key business stakeholders to identify data and data related contracts in business units/ business functions to understand the critical elements needed to track contracts for data re-purposing and create opportunities to insource services

• Consult with architects, key business stakeholders, data purchasers, legal, compliance and Procurement in design, planning, integration, expansion, problem determination, and resolution.

• Take ownership of innovation through build, sustain, product release & strategy, including third-party providers.

• Drive contract analytics and investigations, gain support, and implement GenAI methodologies that can provide business value.

Accountabilities:

• Define Contract analysis outcomes for various stakeholders and establish baseline metrics.

• Review the end-to-end design and architecture of contract database solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs.

• Create and present solution architecture blueprints, design documents, and technical presentations.

• Provide technical leadership during implementation, guiding development teams to ensure solutions meet architectural standards.

• Evaluate new contracting tool capabilities and recommend their adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to enable seamless data exchange and system capabilities.

• Develop integration patterns for batch and near real-time integrations with applications.

Prefered Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field & 7+ years of experience in working with various technologies and solution design.

• Knowledge of integration technologies

• Experience as a solution architect in the healthcare professional domain is preferred.

• Understanding of healthcare data, HCP data sets, and data management concepts.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting requirements gathering sessions.

• Good understanding of data governance principles and data quality practices.
